Job summary

Omya Group seeks a Bilingual Compliance Manager for the Americas. You will design, implement and monitor compliance programs across the region, aligning with legal, regulatory, and internal policies.

You will lead risk assessments, investigations, and training, coordinating with Group Audit, Legal, and business units. Travel up to 30-50% within the Americas is expected; remote work is allowed with some location constraints.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English and Spanish required for cross-border collaboration and reporting.
• Experience building and managing compliance programs across multinational operations.
• Strong analytical skills to assess risk and implement controls.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills across all organizational levels.

Responsibilities

• Establish, implement and monitor enterprise risk management, governance and compliance across the Americas region.
• Conduct risk assessments and coordinate corrective actions with business units.
• Identify areas of high fraud risk or internal control gaps and propose improvements.
• Lead investigations and ensure timely closure of corrective actions and reporting.
