Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in social service for children or families.

Responsibilities

• Conscientiously gain insight about referral family needs.
• Provide home-based services and resource connections.
• Maintain relationships with social workers and agencies.

Skills

Expert language skills in Spanish

Knowledge of community resources programs

Experience in child development

Ability to recognize abuse or neglect

Education

Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, sociology, or related field

High School Diploma or equivalent with five years' experience
