What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Identify, outreach, engage, and enroll individuals into the program virtually and in-person
- Listen openly to eligible members and adopt a supportive communication style
- Educate partners on services, focusing on linking members to the Enhanced Care Management program
- Promote effective communication among internal teams and partners
- Manage the end-to-end enrollment funnel, providing updates on progress and challenges
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a metric or quota-driven environment
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in cold calling
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) with excellent communication skills
- Strong technical skills and comfort with utilizing multiple technology platforms
- Valid driver’s license and auto liability insurance
