Job summary

Tecta America South Florida is seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Service Technician to inspect, locate, and repair leaks across EPDM, PVC, TPO, BUR, and metal roofs in the Deerfield/Hialeah area. You will manage projects from start to finish and ensure high craftsmanship with safety on every job.

The role requires 2+ years leading commercial roofing crews, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift 50+ pounds.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 2+ years experience leading commercial roofing crews.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly.
• Ability to work at varying heights and in different weather.

Responsibilities

• Remove and install roof systems including BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC and slope (tile/shingles).
• Perform roof maintenance and repairs.
• Follow job specifications and safety guidelines.
• Maintain professional interaction with customers.
• Complete required paperwork and assist in crew training.
