Job summary

Tecta America Commercial Roofing is seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Service Technician in Williston, VT to inspect, locate and repair leaks in EPDM, PVC, TPO, BUR and slope metal systems. You will manage projects from start to finish with a focus on craftsmanship.

Starting pay is $20+ per hour based on experience. The role requires working with diverse customers and collaborating with supervisors; bilingual Spanish speakers are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 2+ years leading commercial roofing crews.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly.
• Ability to work at varying heights and in different weather conditions.
• Ability to communicate well with clients, supervisor and co-workers.
• Initiative, integrity and adaptability.
• Technology savvy.

Responsibilities

• Remove and install BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC and slope roofs.
• Roof maintenance and repairs.
• Work in accordance with job specifications and safety guidelines.
• Maintain professional interaction with all customers.
• Complete required paperwork, attend meetings, assist in training crew members.
