Job summary

Sunbit, Inc. in Las Vegas, NV seeks a self-motivated Bilingual Collections Associate for our in-office team. Your main role is to contact customers with overdue accounts and work toward resolutions, including negotiating payment plans and arranging installments.

This hourly position offers schedule flexibility with possible nights or weekends, in a call center setting. You will maintain records, submit status reports, and ensure compliance with federal and state debt collections regulations.

Qualifications

• Bilingual with ability to communicate clearly in English and another language.
• Experience in a call center environment (B2B or B2C considered a plus).
• Strong negotiation and customer-service skills.
• Accurate typing and basic IT troubleshooting abilities.

Responsibilities

• Contact customers with overdue accounts and attempt to collect or negotiate payment plans.
• Maintain records of contacts and payments collected; document attempts and outcomes.
• Submit regular reports on unpaid accounts and repayment progress.
• Comply with all federal and state collections laws and regulations.
