Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking a Clinician for Outpatient Services (bilingual preferred) at the Lawrence Clinic. The role offers a sign-on bonus up to $3,000 for independently licensed clinicians and requires bilingual capabilities (English and Spanish/Portuguese).

The clinician will conduct intakes, evaluations, coordinate with the care team, and develop crisis and treatment plans. A Master's in Social Work and independent licensure are preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Social Work or a related field.
• Independent license (LICSW or LMHC) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake and brief assessments.
• Provide comprehensive evaluations and related service delivery.
• Assess and determine next steps for clients with behavioral health needs.
• Document clinical encounters concisely and timely.
• Coordinate with client’s care team for team-based care.
• Develop and implement crisis plans and comprehensive treatment plans.
• Review and update treatment plans as needed.
• Facilitate psychoeducational and process groups focused on crisis stabilization.
