Clifford Beers Community Care Center in the Greater New Haven area seeks a Bilingual Mental Health Clinician (Spanish-English) to provide mobile crisis intervention and family-focused assessments. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide mobile, community-based crisis intervention and mental health assessments for children and families.
• Conduct risk assessments and determine level of care to support clinical decisions.
• Deliver short-term crisis stabilization, safety planning, and therapeutic interventions.
• Coordinate referrals to behavioral health and community resources.
• Collaborate with schools, providers, and internal teams to ensure continuity of care.
• Complete timely clinical documentation and participate in on-call rotation for 24/7 Mobile Crisis.
• Attend supervision, meetings, and required Mobile Crisis trainings within the first year.

Our mission is to provide integrated services addressing mental, physical, and social determinants in order to improve health, resiliency and quality of life for children, families and communities.PURPOSEThe Bilingual Mental Health Clinician (Spanish-English) is responsible for providing mobile crisis intervention, behavioral health assessments, and short-term stabilization services to children and families in the community.
