Job summary

Johnson County Clin Trials (JCCT) seeks a Research Assistant to support clinical operations and study teams in executing trial activities. You will assist with document prep, data entry, subject recruitment, and protocol-specific tasks in a regulated environment.

Reporting to the Site Manager or Director, you will collaborate with Clinical Research Coordinators to ensure compliance with GCP/SOPs, maintain source documents, and contribute to high-quality trial conduct across multiple studies at

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Experience in clinical research setting or related environment preferred.
Certification as a Medical Assistant preferred.
At least one year of experience in medical history, medication history, and vital signs preferred.
Familiarity with clinical trial management systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

Ensure confidentiality of clinical research volunteers and sponsors.
Maintain high level of customer service within the department.
Assist in maintenance of Clinical Conductor.
Maintain ERP system: preparing, filing, updates and archiving study information.
Perform data entry and query resolution.
Prepare, handle, distribute, track and maintain trial supplies.
Assist with pre-screening, screening, recruitment and enrollment.
