The position requires IL licensure (LCPC or LCSW) and at least 5 years of supervisory experience, with fluency in English and Spanish.

The role emphasizes trauma-informed, person-centered care, program design, and community partnerships to support clients. Competitive compensation is provided.

Qualifications

• Master of Science in Social Work or Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with active IL licensure (LCPC or LCSW).
• Minimum of 5 years supervisory experience guiding clinicians.
• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (speaking, reading, writing).
• Credentialed with Illinois Medicaid Managed Care Organizations (Aetna, Blue Cross etc.).

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical compliance and supervisees.
• Recruit, hire, and train clinicians to build a diverse, high-caliber team.
• Design and implement mental health programming using evidence-based practices to support client success.
• Collaborate with community partners to build referral networks and facilitate treatment planning staffing.
