Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, pre-med, public health, or related field.
• Fluent bilingual English/Spanish communication skills required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, SPSS, and REDCap.
• Ability to coordinate and prioritize diverse tasks.
• Previous experience coordinating clinical research is required.
• Reliable transportation and a two-year commitment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement two NIH-funded clinical trials of a multicomponent intervention for Type I diabetes in youth.
• Coordinate IRB submissions and maintain study regulatory binder.
• Review documentation for recruitment and completion, monitor participant status, and organize payments.
• Maintain regular contact with trial coordinators across sites and participate in PI/Co-Investigator meetings.
• Engage in qualitative and quantitative data collection, analysis, and manuscript preparation as opportunities arise.
• Present at regional and national meetings and contribute to career mentorship opportunities.
