Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in psychology, pre-med, public health, or related field.
Fluent bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills are required.
Must be able to effectively use Microsoft computer software, SPSS, and REDCap.
Must be able to coordinate and establish priorities among diverse tasks.
Previous experience with providing research coordination for clinical research is required.
Reliable transportation and a two-year commitment are preferred.

Responsibilities

Coordinate IRB submissions and maintain an up-to-date regulatory binder.
Review documentation for study recruitment and completion; monitor participant status.
Organize participant payments and coordinate with trial sites.
Attend meetings with the Principal Investigator and Co-Investigators; support data collection and analysis as needed.
Contribute to manuscript preparation and present at meetings; pursue career development.
