Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, pre-med, public health, or related field.
• Fluent bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft software, SPSS, and REDCap.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate IRB submissions.
• Maintain an up-to-date study regulatory binder.
• Review documentation for recruitment and completion.
• Monitor participant status in relevant databases.
• Organize participant payments.
• Maintain regular contact with research coordinators across trial sites.
• Attend meetings with Principal Investigator and Co-Investigators.
• Help troubleshoot screening, recruitment, or data collection issues.
• Engage in qualitative and quantitative data collection and analysis.
• Present at regional and national scientific meetings.
• Help prepare manuscripts for publication.
• Receive mentorship around career advancement.
