Seattle Children's Clinical Research Coordinator II supports the Community Engagement Core and PPSI lab, coordinating bilingual studies with English and Spanish participants. The role includes recruitment, consent, assessments, data collection, and travel to clinics and community sites.

Requires a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) with 2+ years of research, or a Master’s with 1 year. Spanish fluency tests may be required; CCRA certification preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in related discipline; 2+ years of research experience, or Master’s with 1 year of research experience.
• Proficiency in a second language may be required for certain departments, evidenced by a language assessment.
• CCRA certification is preferred for some roles.

Aufgaben

• Engage participants (recruitment, consent) and ensure engagement with English and Spanish speakers.
• Administer assessments, follow-ups, and incentives as part of study protocols.
• Collect, track, and clean data to maintain study quality and integrity.
• Demonstrate strong communication and meticulous attention to detail in all tasks.
• Be available to travel to clinics and community settings to facilitate activities.
