Advanced Medical Management, Inc. seeks a Clinical Medical Assistant – Value-Based Care to support pre-visit planning, preventive screenings, and AWV care on-site within 1–2 independent primary care practices in Queens.

Korean language proficiency is required for effective patient communication. The ideal candidate is organized, eager to learn, and able to follow detailed clinical and administrative protocols.

Responsibilities

• Pre-visit planning and patient preparation to strengthen preventive care.
• Support Medicare AWVs and preventive care components.
• Assist with PPV screening, cognitive screening, and vital signs.
• Identify care gaps and track completion of screenings.
• Improve practice workflows and adopt new screening tools.
