Qualifications

• Bilingual communication in English and Spanish (verbal and written).
• Clerical experience 6–12 months.
• Courteous, participant-centered service.
• Organizes workload and handles multiple priorities.
• Proficient with Word/Outlook; may use web-based programs.
• Knowledge of Bronx neighborhoods and mass transit.

Responsibilities

• Interview and screen participants in person or by telephone in English and Spanish.
• Administer consent forms and questionnaires in English and Spanish.
• Collect data, assist with outreach and community screening.
• Schedule appointments and reminder calls.
• Maintain database of information.
• Assist Principal Investigator in generating study reports.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
