Job summary

Inizio Engage is seeking a passionate Clinical Educator to deliver disease-state education and clinical support to healthcare professionals and staff in multiple cities including Dallas, TX. The role combines in-person and virtual education, with travel up to 80% and a focus on Spanish-speaking patients.

You will present Train The Trainer programs and ensure regulatory compliance while expanding educational reach.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse or Respiratory Therapist license required.
• Bilingual Spanish and English proficiency required.
• Minimum 3+ years’ experience in respiratory disease state or related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person and virtual disease-state education and clinical support to healthcare professionals and staff.
• Present Train The Trainer programs to healthcare professionals, live and virtual.
• Travel to high-demand areas to educate patients, including Spanish-speaking patients.
• Complete training courses and competency assessments as required.
• Document all activity timely and accurately and manage administrative tasks.
