Job summary

Inizio Engage seeks a qualified healthcare educator to provide disease state education and clinical support to physicians, nurses, and staff in primary and specialty care. You will deliver in-person and virtual education, present Train The Trainer programs, and travel to meet patient education needs, including Spanish-speaking patients.

The role requires active RN or RT licensure, a relevant degree, and strong English/Spanish communication with up to 80% travel.

Qualifications

• Active RN or Respiratory Therapist license required.
• Associate or higher degree or equivalent work experience.
• Spanish and English language proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person and virtual disease state education and clinical support to healthcare professionals.
• Present Train The Trainer programs to Healthcare Professionals per client guidelines.
• Travel to high-demand areas to educate patients, including Spanish-speaking patients.
• Attend required trainings and complete competency assessments; manage administrative tasks.
• Document all activity in a timely and accurate manner.
