Job summary

Aria Alessia Kids Center seeks a Clinical Associate I (Bilingual) to engage children through play and movement, supporting learning in ABA-based approaches like ESDM and PRT. You’ll work with families, build trust, stay active in sessions, and contribute to a safe, welcoming clinic environment.

Role includes paid training to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with mentorship, ongoing development, and clear opportunities for growth within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Bachelor's or Associate degree preferred or currently enrolled.
• Completion of 40-hour RBT training is preferred/required.

Responsibilities

• Help children learn through play, games, movement, reading and hands-on activities.
• Build warm, trusting relationships with children and their families.
• Stay active and engaged throughout therapy sessions.
• Help maintain a welcoming, organized, and safe clinic.
• Collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed.
• Model child-centered, relationship-based practices.
• Complete the required 40-hour RBT training and continue developing skills through mentorship.
