Job summary

Aria Alessia Kids Center in New Haven, CT seeks a Clinical Associate II (Bilingual) to support autism and child development through play-based therapy and naturalistic interventions. You will learn and apply ESDM, PRT, and ABA while building strong relationships with children and families.

This role offers paid training toward RBT certification, a collaborative team, and opportunities to grow clinically in a supportive environment filled with hands-on mentorship and child-centered practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Completion of the 40-hour RBT training preferred.
• Experience with children through education, childcare, therapy, coaching, camps, mentoring, or volunteer work is beneficial.
• Playful, patient and compassionate approach to supporting young children.

Responsibilities

• Help children learn through play, games, movement, reading and hands-on activities.
• Build warm, trusting relationships with children and their families.
• Stay active and engaged throughout therapy sessions.
• Help maintain a welcoming, organized, and safe clinic.
• Collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed.
• Model child-centered, relationship-based practices.
• Complete the required 40-hour RBT training and continue developing clinical skills via mentorship.
