Job summary

Aria Alessia Kids Center is seeking a Clinical Associate I (Bilingual) in Stamford, CT. You will support children through play, movement and reading, building warm relationships with families while engaging in naturalistic, play-based ABA approaches.

Training to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is provided, with ongoing mentorship and exposure to ESDM/PRT. A supportive team environment emphasizes growth and child-centered care.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Preferred Bachelor’s or Associate degree or currently enrolled in a related program.
• Completion of the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) training.
• Experience working with children through education, childcare, therapy, coaching, camps, mentoring, or volunteer work.

Responsibilities

• Help children learn through play, games, movement, reading and hands-on activities.
• Build warm, trusting relationships with children and their families.
• Stay active and engaged throughout therapy sessions.
• Help maintain a welcoming, organized, and safe clinic where every child can feel comfortable learning.
• Collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed.
• Model the use of child-centered, relationship-based practices.
• Complete the required 40-hour RBT training and continue developing clinical skills through ongoing mentorship.
