Planned Parenthood Association of Utah is hiring a full-time Clinical Assistant at the Utah Valley Clinic. You will support clinical care, manage clerical tasks, and help train interns and volunteers while ensuring a positive patient experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; clinical experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Experience in a medical center setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with patient care and clinical tasks under supervision.
• Handle financial and clerical duties; schedule appointments and document visits.
• Support facility upkeep and training of team members, interns/externs, and volunteers.
• Provide accurate information about Planned Parenthood services and care options.
• Maintain patient records and input data into the computer system.
• Assist the medical provider in examination rooms and discuss abortion options per policy.
