Qualifications

PharmD from an accredited school.
Current Arizona Pharmacist license.
3+ years of retail/clinic pharmacy management experience.

Responsibilities

Assist Regional Manager and/or Executive VP of Operations to ensure optimal service and compliance.
Maintain daily operation by supervising pharmacists and technicians.
Provide staff training on technical tasks and customer service.
Update drug-therapy guidelines and policies in collaboration with leadership.
Prepare reports and maintain records as required.
Stay current on drug therapies and adverse interactions.
