Job summary

Circle the City Pharmacy in downtown Phoenix seeks a Staff Pharmacist for a full-time role within the Circle the City Healthcare Center. The pharmacy team collaborates closely with clinicians to improve patient outcomes in an underserved community.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with a multi-disciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and fill drug orders.
• Provide patient information and counseling.
• Contact physicians regarding prescription questions.
• Dispense prescriptions and prepare I.V. admixtures if applicable.
• Monitor drug therapy for contraindications and interactions.
• Maintain patient medication records.
