Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answers telephones, routes calls, takes messages, and provides general information; greets visitors and patients; answers routine inquiries.
• Processes incoming mail; distributes correspondence to clinic staff.
• Performs routine clerical tasks; may draft basic correspondence, enter data, and print letters.
• Maintains files and records; updates patient information as needed.
• Schedules clinic appointments and verifies insurance and financial information.
