Open Door Community Health Centers seeks a part-time Clinical Receptionist in Willow Creek to welcome patients, check them in, and support scheduling and billing. You will collaborate with the clinical team to ensure smooth patient flow in a busy community clinic.

Required are a high school diploma or GED, customer-service experience, and proficiency with MS Office and EMR systems. Bilingual skills (Hmong/Spanish) may impact compensation and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 months of related experience and/or training.
• Strong people skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and EMR systems.

Responsabilités

• Greet and check in patients in person and by phone.
• Assist with scheduling, rescheduling, and coordinating appointments.
• Route patients using triage tools to clinical staff as needed.
• Maintain clean, safe waiting areas and accurate patient records.
• Process payments, co-pays, and post encounters in the system.
• Support front office operations and collect required documentation.
