Job summary

Clinica Sierra Vista in Fresno, CA is seeking a Receptionist-CHC to ensure smooth patient flow and first-point contact in the clinic. Under supervision of the Practice Manager, you will greet patients, direct them to the appropriate department, and assist with registrations and check-ins, including MyChart enrollment.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients as they come in.
• Assist and direct patient to appropriate department.
• Answer questions regarding policies and procedures of Clinica Sierra Vista.
• Complete patient registration as needed, enrolling patients into MyChart portal.
• Complete check in process with patients for Pediatrics, Obstetrics, and Optometry.
• Other duties as assigned by the Practice Manager or District Administrator.
