Join to apply for the Bilingual Client Success - Loan Opener role at National Debt Relief, LLC

Overview

The Bilingual Reach Financial (RF) Opener position is non-exempt and focused on providing exceptional phone support for National Debt Relief’s clientele enrolled in our debt settlement program. Responsibilities include answering inquiries, addressing client concerns, and anticipating needs to ensure successful program completion. A typical day involves making and answering inbound and outbound calls, determining loan eligibility, and maintaining positive client relationships to enhance their experience.

This position has an expected start date of 6/23/2025. It is a full-time remote role. We are hiring in Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Nevada, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, and Utah.

Scheduling is for an 8-hour shift: Monday - Friday, 10 a.m. - 7 p.m. Central Time. Final scheduling will be confirmed prior to hiring.

Responsibilities
  • Enroll qualified clients into Reach Financial’s express loan consolidation program
  • Document client discussions clearly using Salesforce CRM
  • Meet performance criteria set by management
  • Review and obtain settlement approvals from clients
  • Escalate issues to Supervisors or other departments as needed
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures
Qualifications
  • Bilingual in Spanish required
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2 years’ experience in account management or inside sales
  • Sales experience in a contact center
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills with attention to detail
  • Professional, empathetic, polite, flexible, confident, tactful, patient, and diplomatic
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a plus
  • Ability to meet high sales metrics monthly
  • De-escalate stressful situations

Compensation

The salary range is $20.50/hr plus performance bonuses, determined by role, level, and location.
