Overview

The Bilingual Reach Financial (RF) Opener position is non-exempt and focused on providing exceptional phone support for National Debt Relief’s clientele enrolled in our debt settlement program. Responsibilities include answering general inquiries, addressing client concerns, and anticipating needs to ensure successful program completion. A typical day involves making and answering inbound and outbound calls, determining loan eligibility, and maintaining positive rapport with clients to enhance their experience.

This position has an expected start date of 6/23/2025. It is a full-time remote role available in Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Nevada, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, and Utah.

Schedule

Available for an 8-hour shift: Monday - Friday from 11 a.m. - 8 p.m. Eastern Time. Scheduling is based on business needs and will be confirmed prior to hiring.

Responsibilities
  • Enroll qualified clients into Reach Financial’s express loan consolidation program
  • Document client discussions clearly using Salesforce CRM
  • Meet performance criteria set by management, subject to change
  • Review and obtain settlement approvals from clients
  • Escalate issues to Supervisors or other departments as needed
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures
Qualifications
  • Bilingual in Spanish required
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2 years’ experience in account management or inside sales
  • Sales experience in a contact center
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Professional, empathetic, and tactful demeanor
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a plus
  • Achieve high sales metrics monthly
  • Ability to de-escalate stressful situations

  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Explain loan programs clearly to customers
  • Accurately record call details in Salesforce

Compensation

The salary range is $20.50/hr plus performance bonuses, based on role, level, and location.
