Charles Schwab Corporation is seeking an Associate, Bilingual Client Services Representative to help domestic and international clients with trading and account servicing. You will work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment to assist with stocks, ETFs, mutual funds, and options, and support document translation for internal teams.

The role requires Spanish fluency, Series 7 & 63 licenses (or the path to obtain them during training), and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Spanish language proficiency required: read, write, speak.
• Strong communication skills to build trust with clients via phone/chat/email.
• Willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment and adhere to schedule.

Responsibilities

• Assist international and domestic clients with trading and account servicing.
• Provide document translation support for internal partners and clients in foreign languages as needed.
• Support Stock Plan Services during evening and overnight shifts.
