Job summary

HNS Recovery in Plano, Texas seeks a Client Relationship Specialist to serve as the primary contact for assigned client accounts, ensuring timely communication and exceptional service through the vehicle recovery process.

You will work with clients, operations teams, and field personnel to provide updates before, during, and after recoveries while building lasting relationships and maintaining detailed account notes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5 years of escalation or customer service experience.
• Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office; able to learn new software.
• High school diploma required; 2- or 4-year degree preferred.
• Experience with banks, credit unions, auto finance, lending, mortgage servicing, or collections is preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• High attention to detail and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain assigned client accounts
• Communicate recovery status updates to clients throughout the recovery process
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Coordinate with operations, dispatch, and field teams to ensure accurate information is provided
• Monitor team mailbox(es), assign to appropriate team members and keep the box organized
• Review and process account documentation
• Maintain detailed account notes and records
• Respond to client inquiries in a professional and timely manner
• Assist with reporting, compliance, and administrative functions
• Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and service delivery
