Job summary

TELUS Digital seeks aClient Project Manager to lead multiple application development mandates for internal and external clients. You will own scope, timeline, budget, and client communications from kickoff to delivery, balancing relationship management with disciplined execution.

The ideal candidate will have strong English and French communication, proven project leadership, and experience with Waterfall, Agile, and Scrum, in a media/entertainment context.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication in English and French, written and spoken
• Strong planning, leadership, decision‑making, analysis and problem solving
• Experience with Waterfall, Agile and Scrum methodologies
• Experience managing change orders and project risks
• Ability to coordinate with vendors, clients and internal teams

Responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end project lifecycle from kickoff through closure
• Serve as primary client-facing owner for concurrent projects
• Lead requirements gathering and discovery to define objectives and success criteria
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines and resource allocations
• Translate client requirements into clear briefs and tasks for teams
• Monitor performance metrics and provide regular status reports
• Manage change requests, budgets, and risk mitigation plans
• Ensure proper documentation and support contract, SOW, and invoicing processes
