Job summary

Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to represent our brand with hospitality, delivering banking solutions through in-branch service and digital tools. You will build trusted relationships, share product knowledge, and help clients reach their financial goals.

You will greet clients, manage lobby flow, and open new accounts while ensuring compliance with policies and regulatory requirements. Bilingual English/Spanish is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Fluent in English and Spanish is required.
• Ability to greet clients, listen, and assist with inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients as they enter, managing lobby flow with a tablet, and scheduling meetings.
• Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts, opening new accounts, and following banking regulations.
• Educate clients on day-to-day transactions and technology self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge with the branch team.
• Perform branch operations and manage cash devices while adhering to bank policies.
