Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service or call center experience.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong active listening and empathetic demeanor.
• Reliable home workspace with high-speed internet for remote work.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally with empathy.
• Conduct intake interviews to gather information for potential personal injury cases.
• Document client information accurately in the ISA system.
• Qualify leads and determine next steps for callers.
• Explain processes clearly and set expectations for clients.
• Maintain confidentiality and escalate complex cases as needed.
• Participate in ongoing training and coaching to improve skills.
