AccentCare in Brooklyn, NY is seeking a Client Care Liaison to manage relationships with insurance payors and coordinate home care services. This office-based role covers Brooklyn and surrounding areas, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm and a starting pay of $25 per hour.

The ideal candidate has a High School diploma or GED, bi-lingual English/Spanish, and prior home health care experience is highly desirable.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with insurance payors and long-term care plans.
• Verify patient insurance eligibility, benefits and coverage.
• Secure and track service authorizations for home care services.
• Resolve billing, claims and reimbursement issues.
• Stay informed of payor policies and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure uninterrupted patient care.
• Monitor authorization and reimbursement activity for process improvements.
• Support community outreach and health plan marketing activities.
