Qualifications

• Must have Federal Work Study award.
• Must be enrolled in a minimum of 6 credits at Georgia Gwinnett College.
• Must be in good academic standing and maintain good academic standing for the duration of employment.
• Must be in good conduct standing with Georgia Gwinnett College and maintain good conduct for the duration of employment.
• Must be bilingual.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work sites as required by the position.

Responsibilities

• Help with translation for Spanish speaking clients during distribution.
• Prepare areas for food distribution each MWF (paperwork done, screeners/interviewers scheduled, prep areas, etc.).
• Learn to screen and interview clients coming in for food.
• Help clients make future appointments.
• Assist client check-in personnel.
• Work in our database to clear pending appointments, run reports, etc.
• Other duties as assigned. Work Hours - Monday 4:30 pm - 7:30 pm, Wednesday 8:45 am - 12:15 pm, Friday 8:45 am - 12:15 pm.
