Younity is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Client Advocate to join our team. In this role, you will serve as a vital link between our clients and the services we provide, ensuring that their needs are met with the utmost care and professionalism. The ideal candidate will possess strong case management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for helping others.

Key responsibilities include:

• Provide exceptional support by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Assist clients in navigating our services, ensuring they understand their options and receive the support they need.
• Conduct outbound calling to follow up with clients, gather feedback, and promote additional services as needed.
• Maintain organized records of client interactions and transactions in the office database.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and enhance overall client experience.
• Stay informed about policies, procedures, and updates to provide accurate information to clients.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer service or client support roles is essential.
• Strong office skills including proficiency in using office equipment and software applications.
• Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele.
• Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with a broader range of clients.

Pay: $50,000 per year
