Job summary

Imperial Cleaning is hiring a supervisor to lead custodial teams across multiple accounts in the Miami area. The role focuses on coordinating janitorial staff, ensuring coverage, and maintaining high standards of service.

A valid driver’s license is required as company vehicles are used for site coverage. Fluency in English and Spanish is required, with strong communication and detail-oriented skills essential to manage emergencies and scheduling.

Qualifications

Experience with commercial cleaning industry is a plus.
Must speak fluent English and Spanish.
Detail oriented with strong communication skills.
Results oriented: ability to resolve challenges and emergencies quickly.
Valid driver's license – company car will be assigned.

Responsibilities

Train employees - Janitorial and administrative tasks.
Replace Custodial Technicians or cover accounts.
Submit and deliver supplies as needed.
On-call for emergency situations/calls - evenings and weekends.
Screening for new Custodial Technicians.
Work with Managers to schedule staff and ensure coverage.
Manage employee callouts.
Correspond with Custodial Technicians.
Report accidents/injury.
Address and resolve any employee performance issues – Identify and retrain as needed.
