Job summary

Imperial Cleaning is seeking a capable on-site team member to train janitorial staff and cover accounts as needed at our Amityville, NY location.

The role requires English and Spanish fluency, strong communication skills, and a valid driver’s license with a company car provided. You will work with managers to schedule staff, manage callouts, and respond to emergencies, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and safety.

Qualifications

• English and Spanish fluency required.
• Detail-oriented with strong communication.
• Valid Driver's License – company car will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Train employees—Janitorial and administrative tasks.
• Replace Custodial Technicians or cover accounts.
• Submit and deliver supplies as needed.
• On-Call for emergency situations/calls – evenings and weekends.
• Screening for new Custodial Technicians.
• Work with Managers to schedule staff and ensure coverage.
• Manage employee callouts.
• Corresponding with Custodial Technicians.
• Report accidents/injury.
• Address and resolve any employee performance issues – Identify and retrain as seen or directed.
