Qualifications

• Fluent English and Spanish required.
• Detail oriented with strong communication skills (email, phone).
• Experience in commercial cleaning is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple locations within the Miami area.
• Manage staff including hiring, onboarding, training, scheduling, and payroll.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure service standards.
• Monitor KPIs, perform performance reviews, and report to HQ.
