Job summary

Imperial Cleaning is seeking a hands-on Custodian Supervisor to train janitorial staff and cover accounts as needed. You will deliver supplies, coordinate with management, and respond to emergencies while maintaining a safe, professional work environment.

Requirements include fluency in English and Spanish, a valid driver’s license, and strong communication and organizational skills to handle scheduling and performance issues across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Experience with Commercial cleaning industry a plus.
• Must speak fluent English and Spanish.
• Detail oriented and strong communication skills.
• Results oriented: the ability to resolve challenges and emergencies at a moments notice.
• Valid Driver's License - Company Car will be assigned.

Responsibilities

• Train employees- Janitorial and administrative tasks.
• Replace Custodial Technicians or cover accounts.
• Submit and deliver supplies as needed.
• On-Call for emergency situations/calls - evenings and weekends.
• Screening for new Custodial Technicians.
• Work with Managers to schedule staff and ensure coverage.
• Manage employee callouts.
• Corresponding with Custodial Technicians.
• Report accidents/injury.
• Address and resolve any employee performance issues - Identify and retrain as seen or directed.
