Job summary

Imperial Cleaning is seeking a Project Manager to serve the tri-state area. Must be bilingual English/Spanish and hold a valid driver's license; a company van will be provided. You will oversee daily cleaning operations, manage special projects, and ensure safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Bi-lingual English/Spanish required.
• Valid driver's license; company van provided.
• Applicants must be 18 years or older.
• Flexibility with working hours; emergency nights and weekend work may be required.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily cleaning and scheduled special projects.
• Deep cleaning of commercial buildings/facilities.
• Report deficiencies or safety hazards to Management.
• Take before/after photos and submit daily reports.
• Construction cleanups, carpet extractions, strip and wax, buff floors.
• Pressure washing, window cleaning.
• Hi-low dusting and general office cleaning.
• Training and recruitment of cleaning staff.
• Report hours to payroll.
