Qualifications

• Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Spanish fluency is a plus and communication skills are essential.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and relevant databases.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of workers' compensation claims from inception to resolution.
• Conduct initial investigation to determine coverage and severity; three-point contact with involved parties.
• Estimate reserves and update action plans for claim resolution.
• Make timely, sound decisions per guidelines; escalate issues as needed.
• Ensure benefits are calculated and issued in compliance with laws, policies, and notices.
