Job summary

TheBest Claims is seeking a Bilingual Claims Intake Specialist for a Direct Hire opening in Omaha, NE. This role supports a national commercial insurance client by taking in new claims, performing initial coverage checks, and contacting insureds and claimants to gather information.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of insurance experience, knowledge of workers’ compensation, and strong communication in English plus a second language. Experience with Guidewire or ClaimsCenter is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of insurance experience with knowledge of workers’ compensation.
• Experience with set up and assignment of new claims.
• Determine coverage and investigate the claim, including calling insured and claimant.
