Job summary

TheBest Claims is seeking a bilingual Claims Intake Specialist for a direct-hire role based in Omaha, NE. You will intake claims, determine coverage, and coordinate with insureds and claimants to gather essential information.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of general insurance experience, a working knowledge of workers’ compensation, and familiarity with claims systems. Guidewire or ClaimsCenter experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1+ year insurance experience with a general knowledge of workers’ compensation insurance.
• Experience with set up and assignment of new claims.
• Determine coverage, investigate the claim, including call insured and claimant.
• Bachelor's Degree (preferred).
• Experience with Guidewire and/or ClaimsCenter (preferred).
