Bilingual Chinese Caregiver Service Specialist (HR/Compliance)

Position: Bilingual (English/Chinese) Caregiver Service Specialist

This role is hybrid; commuting to the office 4 days a week is required.

Job Summary

The Caregiver Service Specialist ensures caregivers have the resources needed to deliver excellent service. They focus on caregiver engagement, support, compliance, and roster management to retain caregivers and uphold state requirements.

Responsibilities

1. Manage caregiver rosters, maintaining accurate and up-to-date information.
2. Monitor caregiver performance to ensure quality service.
3. Ensure ongoing compliance with state regulations, including trainings and background checks.
4. Support new caregivers through proactive outreach.
5. Communicate regularly with caregivers, recognizing achievements and fostering engagement.
6. Review caregiver satisfaction surveys and address issues.
7. Handle caregiver questions and concerns appropriately.
8. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Chinese (reading, writing, speaking).
• 1-2 years of customer service or related experience.
• Compliance with applicable state or local requirements.
