Job summary

Alsco Uniforms is seeking a Chief Engineer (Branch) to oversee daily repair and preventive maintenance of textile processing equipment and facility systems. You will supervise engineering staff, develop training, manage spare parts, and drive safe, efficient operations across the plant, reporting to the Branch General Manager.

The role requires bilingual capability (Spanish/English) and extensive hands-on experience in electrical, mechanical, and boiler systems, with a focus on reducing downtime

Qualifications

• Five years of maintenance engineering experience with machinery, electricity, hydraulics, pneumatics, boiler applications.
• Strong ability to troubleshoot 3-phase 230-volt electrical systems.
• Experience with PLC programming and boiler repair.
• Team player with initiative and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Maintain operating equipment and execute preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
• Supervise the plant engineering staff and coordinate with production, sales, and service teams.
