Job summary

Marketplace Chaplains is seeking a Part-Time Chaplain in Northwest Arkansas (Van Buren area) to serve employees and their families, visiting worksites weekly and providing confidential pastoral support as part of our faith-based employee care program.

The role requires Spanish bilingual ability, interfaith sensitivity, and strong communication; candidates will work remotely in the field, with visits to client sites as needed and alignment with the ministry's values.

Responsibilities

• Make regular visits to client worksites (usually weekly) to build relationships.
• Provide confidential pastoral discussions for employees and immediate family members.
• Assist in planning and attending funerals when appropriate.
• Offer life-issues resources and referrals to employees.
