Job summary

InterSolutions, LLC seeks a Bilingual Apartment Leasing Consultant to lead tours for prospective residents in Silver Spring, MD, guiding applicants through applications, leases, and move-in steps with English and Spanish fluency.

You will collect deposits, coordinate payments, clarify lease terms, and ensure move-in readiness while engaging with diverse residents and communities. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents and conduct tours while assessing housing needs.
• Assist new residents with leasing paperwork, including applications and leases.
• Collect security deposits, rent, and move-in charges.
• Explain lease terms and community policies to residents and prospects.
• Follow up with leads who did not lease and maintain relationships.
