Job summary

InterSolutions, LLC is seeking an Apartment Leasing Consultant in Marysville, WA. You will greet prospective residents, tour communities, determine housing needs, and guide applicants through the leasing process, including applications and credit checks.

You will collect deposits and rent, explain lease terms and community policies, follow up on leads, and help ensure apartments are move-in ready. Weekend availability may be required in this fast-paced, customer-focused role.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Basic computer knowledge including Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.
• Leasing software knowledge a plus (Yardi, Blue Moon, Entrata, Onesite, MRI).

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents and give tours while determining housing needs and closing leads.
• Assist new residents with leasing paperwork, including applications, lease agreements and employment/credit checks.
• Collect security deposits, rent, and any other charges at move-in.
• Communicate lease and community policies to residents.
• Follow up with leads and prospects that did not lease.
• Ensure apartments are move-in ready by inspecting and adding final touches.
• Support lease renewals and retention efforts.
• Respond promptly to calls, emails, and inquiries.
